Before We Begin
I suck at writing. I'll just say it now. I write the way I talk. So sometimes my writing feels incomplete and other times it feels sporadic. My grammer sucks, and my older brother whom I respect as a talented writer has said that my writing almost gave him a brain aneurysm. But I have a lot of ideas and I NEED a creative outlet so read at your own risk. If you like the ideas I come up with please feel free to use them for your own creative writing. If you have what it takes to get published, do it. I don't need fame, or money, or even recognition. I just like the idea of my ideas coming to life. as if it's the idea itself that needs to be seen, not me.
Story 1 - The Sacred Sage Returns From Heaven For A Remedial Lesson
I love isekai trash. I'm sort of an expert on the topic at this point. So I feel like my first idea has to be isekai trash. The idea is the First Sage, credit with creating magic becomes complacent in heaven to the point God believes he would do well to return to the world to feel something again. (The layers of Irony in that are not lost and I hope you feel the same) Upon his return he finds that magic has been watered down to set rules that are followed like law that limit the depth of magic itself. From here The Sage easily outclass any magic user but because he's a sage he doesn't seek earthly desires, rather he yearns for people to reconnect with magic itself so he travels the world breaking magic taboos he believe were designed to restrict the freedom of the people.
Story 2 - The Bog Knight
This one is kind of a psudo passion project as mine as certain elements of this story we're formed from a long string of pshycosis I suffered(?) through between 2018-2025. So a lot of relgious, sexual, and philosphical elments play a huge role in this story. The story follows a man in his mid-late 20's who is the sole knight of a forgotten order. In this world "Knights" are of a magic caste in a society that lives in union with gods and goddess. Think "Is it wrong to pick up girls in a dungeon" but there all fictional dieties (or not, I haven't decided how deep I want to go) These Knights works as civil protectors, workers, and soldiers. The power of the gods is based on followers.
The Bog Knight, as a young boy, is lost in a swamp after his village is burned down in a raid by bandits. There he comes across an old hag who is surprised to find that the boy isn't scared. The Hag raises the boy and it's later revealed that the hag is actually an old god, goddess of marsh. and the boys devotion to her is what rekindles her power.
I really wanted to write a story that reflects on what it means to be "a man" and self-worth.
Story 3 - The Courier and the Green Witch
Before you burn me and call me cringe for my self-insert story I'd like ask that you just let me cook first. It wasn't that I wanted to write a story about myself, but rather build a world that I'd want to move through. The world is called THE SHOAL. Unlike our world which is one large planetary mass, the Shoal is actually a space archpeloge made up of fragments of a once larger planet, destroyed in an ancient war called "The Fracture", held together with a liquid-like substance called "C-water". C-water unlike regualr water has subtle gravitational properties as well as other traits still being discovered by scientist. Special ships designed to navigate the unstable Seawater Ways that connected The Shoal.

Story 4 - New Nineveh
This story follows the main character Jonah a normal person in their early-mid 20's fresh out of Cradle University into New Nineveh. New Nineveh is a high growth city with plenty of opportunity, both good and evil. Jonah having fresh eyes for the world leads him to believe that the world greets those who welcome it but finds that not all smiles are the same. Jonah is drugged one night with a new drug called "Awaken" and is sent to another world called "The Dream". Here the desires/doubts/will of people manifest into beast called "Reslove". Those who are able to control their reslove in the dream are called Visionaries. Jonah is confronted by his reslove named Anodos. Undefine and no real vision for his life Jonah and Anodos don't fight but rather accept eachother in an attempt to help eachother out, making Jonah a new Visionary. Once Jonah awakens from the dream he finds that Anodos has taking the form of a keychain. The rest of the story follows Jonah and Anodos' day to day life in New Nineveh. Along the way Jonah meets other visionaries with different goals.
Story 5 - But who guards the night?
A Village that is settled in the mountains only knows peace. But while most villagers enjoy their mundane lives, The village Tanner holds a secret. Living on the edge of village due to the smell of his craft he is the the front line of defense that protect his home from the forces of the dark. The Tanner is a monster hunter, equipped with his tools of the trade.
Story 6 - The Fence
A boy sits on the fence post of his Father's house. Within the house is his family all loving and full of joy. Everything is safe and calm. There are no worries in the house but the boy sat in the yard for he didn't like the noise. As the Boy played in the yard he knew the trees and flowers. The Animals on the ground and the sky. He grew to love what he saw. One day the boy made his way to the fence and heard a sad voice. A crying and weeping.
